Overall Personality:

Lera's whole 'purpose' is to protect Fel. He never stops feeling guilty for the past and always feels like he has to make up for it. When he's around her he does his best to act like the perfect older brother, always kind and understanding. When he's not with her he's quieter and more serious. He likes to feel responsible and like he's got everything under control.

Even though he's not really Fel's older brother he really loves her. He doesn't protect her for any kind of malicious reason. Recently he's been trying to do everything right so he can feel like he's a good cat. Besides his guilt issues, he's a very determined cat who doesn't hesitate to do what he thinks is right.

Appearance:

Lera has thick fur that is silver with black stripes and circles on it. He has plenty of scars but most of them are not bad and are covered by fur. He's a large, strong cat, with lean muscles and broad shoulders. He has large paws and thin whiskers. His eyes are blue.

History:

Lera's mother and father were both wild cats who raised him to be good at hunting and fighting. Ever since he caught his first mouse he was proud and arrogant and believed that he could do practically anything. When he was 17 moons old he met a kittypet named Bird and they pretty much became good friends. After a few weeks both of them joined a gang of cats that used to be in charge of the alleys. Both cats realized quickly enough that it wasn't a good place to be in. Lera snuck away and got out but Bird decided that it would be better to stay with the gang.

Lera eventually ran into Bird's parents, who asked him to at least take them to see Bird one last time so they could hopefully convince him to become a kittypet again. Lera agreed because he thought that he was the one responsible for getting Bird in the gang anyways and took them to meet Bird in a secret spot. Bird eventually agreed to go back with his parents and on the way back all of them were ambushed by the gang, who wanted to kill the both of them for being traitors.

They lost badly and only Lera survived. Before Bird died he asked Lera to take care of his little sister, Fel, who was still living as a kittypet. Lera agreed, and since Fel's twolegs wouldn't adopt him he took Fel into the forest so he could watch over her. Fel should be around 9 or 10 moons now.

Now it is time for the beginning of a brighter day
